These terms govern your use of the Natural Diamonds website and any purchase made through it.

Products

We sell natural loose diamonds only. Every diamond listed is a natural diamond, independently graded by GIA, IGI, or HRD as indicated on its listing. We do not sell lab-grown diamonds.

Availability & Pricing

Diamonds are unique, high-value inventory items. Availability and pricing are verified against our inventory provider at the time of checkout and may change without notice. If a diamond becomes unavailable or its price changes after you add it to your cart, we will notify you before completing your order.

Payment & Shipping

We accept secure card payment via PayTabs, or instalment payment via Tabby or Tamara. All prices are in AED and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping is complimentary on every order within the UAE.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any diamond purchased through this website. See our Returns Policy for full details.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
